Janov Racing embodies the idea of leaving no stones unturned, not cutting corners, and leaving no points on the water.

We aim to reach and compete in the 2028 Olympic Games, and then earn a medal in the 2032 Olympic Games. The team plans on creating a standard of professionalism through a network of world-class coaching, topped with deliberate mentorship that allows the sailors to progress in a thoroughly mapped out 8-12 year plan.

We strive to be the best competitors that we can possibly be in the sport of sailing by 2028. This embodies a competitive spirit, pursuit of mastery, meeting the people, and a positive impact on the sailing community.
